FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, Mastercard,Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as personal bank issued debit cards/ pre paid debit cards.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

SHIPPING: 

All online orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by our shipping carriers (USPS,FedEx) and takes 1-7 (domestic) days to deliver depending on your location.Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.Currently we do not ship out of the USA. Please note any order shipping to Puerto rico the customer is responsible for the taxes and duties.

RETURNS

1. If an item is defective:

      • If item is defective please email [email protected] with a detailed description of defect along with photos.

      • A Return Authorization number will be given to you once the information has been reviewed and accepted .
      • If item is found to be defective a return form will be sent to you and a replacement will be shipped free of cost

      • Place the return form along with the damaged item(s) in a sealed shipping package,please make sure items have the original hang tags attached

      • Please note Imoshion is not responsible for normal “Wear and Tear” of any products.

2. If an item is non-defective:

 

      • Returns must be received new and with the original tags attached.

      • Items on sale are non-refundable.
      • Return/Exchange packages must be received within 30 days of your order’s original ship date. 

      • Please email: [email protected] with Return:(Invoice #) as the subject line.

      • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the return shipment 

      • Any return (non-defective) will concur a 15% re-stocking fee 
      • A Return Authorization copy should be included with your return in order to keep track of returns and proper refunds

      • You will receive an email when your return has been processed and credited.

      • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

      • Items received after 30 days of the original ship date, damaged/altered bags and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

      • Imoshion reserves the right to review returned product and determine whether it was a factory defect or “wear and tear” impairment.

      • Any items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at sender’s expense.

      • Imoshion will not accept returns from 3rd party vendors. Please contact the business where you have purchased our product regarding their return policy.

      • Imoshion will not be held accountable for lost packages in transit.

 

 


 

3. All Sale Items are Final, unless otherwise stated.

 

PRE ORDERS

Pre-order is a service that lets you order a product before the official launch date.

The following conditions apply for pre-orders:

1. Delivery

      • We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date, provided that we have received and processed your payment.  This is not always possible due to availability at our warehouse.

      • Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

      • Standard Delivery timelines (estimated 2 to 7 days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available.

      • Imoshion will endeavor to deliver on the launch date, however, should there be any unforeseen circumstances, we will deliver to customers in strict chronological order, which may be after the launch date.

2. Payment

      • Payment will be taken as soon as the order is received.

3. Separate shipping

      • Pre-ordered products are shipped separately.

      • They will not be sent with any other Imoshion products.

      • If pre-orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails will include the pre-order. We're sorry, this is a mistake, please ignore it.
